Hi there! It`s me, Svetlana, a Sydney-based pastry chef. I am happy you have taken the time to check out my site.
My story as a pastry chef began in 2015 when I started my training at a Barcelona based pastry school. After graduating with a diploma I took a number of chocolate and pastry courses including the Australian Patisserie Academy, master classes of world name chefs such as Stephane Leraux, Kirsten Tibballs, Maria Selyanina, Andrei Kanakin & Vladislav Panchenko, Johan Martin, Andrei Dubovik, Yulia Bakina, Vera Nikandrova.
